1. All the dresses we made will be a little different from the original picture you see on the website , and the size will be more or less big or small between 1 to 3 cm.
2.When you have placed the order ,our processing time is 15-25 days. If you are urgent, you may pay extra for rush fee.
3.If your size is plus size 18W ,20W,22W,24W,26W, you need to pay extra $30.
4.If you are from BRAZIL, please give us your CPF in the message box when you make payment. We can not post the parcel without the CPF. Thanks for your understanding!

RETURN POLICY
Almost all the products can be returned except the custom made ones. Please keep the dress brand new with original tags and label on.
Please contact us before you sent the dress back!
We will give you the return details. If you just return to the dress to the address on the package, we can not get it and refund you.
1. If you find the dress in wrong color or measurements, please send us clear photos within 3 working days since you receive the skirt. You can return and refund or change the skirt.
2. If there is obvious quality problem with the dress, such as large dirt, broken or defects surface, please send us clear photos within 3 working days since you receive the skirt. You can return and refund or change the skirt.
3.If it is not the quality problem, we will deduct the postage when we refund you.
